Inspired by the Japanese market across the street from my office, I purchased all of the equipment and made sushi (maki) of my very own! Of course I was so impressed with myself, I took pictures:

Now it took me about 45 minutes to make 7 rolls, so don't expect a sushi party any time soon, but we will get there eventually.
