Jon + Eight, Minus Kate, + Some Sluts

Hot off the press Jon and Kate are divorcing. Surprise, surprise.

I started watching the show because the kids are 1/4 Asian, and being 1/2 Asian myself I was interested. And I got caught up in the freak show of their lives. I lost interest when their true colors reared their greedy, ugly, selfish heads. Here are a few thoughts about them that have popped into my head in the last few weeks...

1. Maybe they will auction their kids off to the highest bidders, since money is more important than their children.
2. I think Jon will be sleeping in those crooked houses.
3. They are really religious and make money doing speaking engagements for churches, do you think that churches will want their divorce asses?
4. When will a producer just quit and spill the beans about what is really going on?
5. Will sponsors still be jumping at the chance to be on the show? Maybe, since the ratings will be higher with everyone watching the unhappy couple.
6. "Next on Jon and Kate Plus 8, Daddy moves out"
7. Vanity and parenting don't mix. Between hair plugs, teeth whitening, personal trainers, and tanning these are the vainest parents I have ever seen. I have one child and I sometimes forget brush my teeth.
8. These kids will get to relive this terrible time in the reruns.
9. Is divorce organic?
10. I wonder who is going to come out smelling like a rose? I am thinking Kate, since Jon seems to already have a Plan B in mind.

It is just really interesting to have watched how money and fame ruined these people. It was probably doomed to end, but money really sunk this ship.
